We hope you're as excited as we are for the next edition of our beloved festival. The date is set, next Mo:Dem Festival is scheduled for 5 - 11 August 2024.
Priority Access tickets will go on sale on the 27th September 2023 at 10:00 CEST. There will be a limited number of Campervan Passes available for the Priority Access sale.
Regular online ticket sale is on the 4th October 2023 at 10:00 CEST.
Before we publish the exact presale details, we've got some important news to share regarding ticket prices for the upcoming event, and we want to be completely transparent with you.
As some of you may know, there have been significant changes in Croatia that have had a direct impact on our festival costs. Here are the key factors that have led us to adjust our ticket prices:
𝟭. 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲
On January 1st, Croatia switched to the EURO as its currency, and this had an immediate effect on all our costs. Overnight, prices for various services and goods increased substantially.
𝟮. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗩𝗔𝗧 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲
Croatia has the second-highest VAT rate in Europe, a hefty 25%. This means a significant portion of every ticket sale goes towards taxes and government fees.
𝟯. 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 - 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We take immense pride in delivering a high-quality festival experience. Despite being a smaller festival, our visual and deco program competes with much larger events, which means we have to invest more in production to meet your expectations.
𝟰. 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Our event spans a total of 10 days, including gate opening. When you break it down, it's less than 30 euros per day of entertainment, which is still an incredible value for the experience we offer.
𝟱. 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
We are committed to paying our workers fair wages, including social security and pension funds. Unlike some festivals that rely heavily on volunteers, we employ a dedicated team of workers to ensure everyone is compensated for their hard work.
𝟲. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
Over the years, our festival has grown, and with more ambitious projects, we've increased our crew members to maintain the quality of the event.
𝟳. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺
Many of us started as enthusiasts in our early twenties, but now, with families and responsibilities, we believe in providing fair salaries to our team members so they can have a decent quality of life like everyone else.
𝟴. 𝗧𝗼𝗽-𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We are proud to present a lineup that rivals festivals with much larger attendance. Our lighting and deco crew, with their dedication to delivering stunning visuals, is bigger than most psytrance festivals.
𝟵. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
We are committed to delivering a high-quality event, and that means staying up to date with the latest technology. The constant hike in prices of technology, projectors, lights, and other gear necessary for top-tier visual results is a reality we must contend with.
We want you to know that this decision to adjust ticket prices was not taken lightly. Our goal has always been to provide you with an unforgettable experience, and these changes are essential to ensuring the sustainability and quality of our festival.
