Ljekovite biljne rakije

Gotovo se svaka biljka može staviti u rakiju i uzimati u obliku biljne rakije. Osim što je ugodne arome, biljna rakija je ljekovita, te se može uzimati i umiješana u čaj.

~°~ po potrebi, uzima se 1 mala čašica ljekovite biljne rakije ~°~

RAKIJA OD BOROVICE (Juniperus communis)
~ za želučane i probavne tegobe~


- 100g boba borovice
- 1 limun
- 1 žličica plodova korijandra
- 1 žličica sjemenki kima
- 1 l rakije ili đina

Bobe borovice, koricu od limuna, korijandar i kim preliti rakijom ili đinom. Nakon što odstoji 3 tjedna na hladnom mjestu, uz povremeno protresanje, rakiju procijediti te ostaviti da odstoji jos 3 mjeseca prije upotrebe.

RAKIJA OD KAMILICE
~ želučane i crijevne tegobe ~
~ gripa i prehlada ~



- 100g cvjetova kamilice
- 1 limun
- 1 dl destilirane vode
- 9 dl rakije

Cvjetove kamilice i koricu limuna preliti destiliranom vodom i rakijom, te ostaviti 5-6 tjedana na sunčanom mjestu. Rakiju procijediti, te ostaviti jos 2 mjeseca prije upotrebe.

RAKIJA OD ORAHA
~ probavne tegobe ~
~ nedostatak apetita ~


- 500g zelenih oraha
- 4-5 klinčića
- 1/2 štapića cimeta
- 1/2 štapića vanilije
- malo đumbira
- 200g šećera
- 1dl ruma
- 9 dl rakije ili đina

Zelene orahe krupno narezati i preliti rakijom ili đinom. Umiješati šećer, mješati dok se šećer ne rastopi, dodati klinčiće, cimet, vaniliju i đumbir, te ostaviti 6-8 tjedana na toplom i sunčanom mjestu. Rakiju procijediti, umješati rum te ostaviti da odstoji još 2 tjedna prije upotrebe.

RAKIJA OD ANISA

- 200g sjemenki anisa
- 1l rakije

Sjemenke anisa preliti rakijom i ostaviti 4-5 tjedana na sunčanom mjestu. Rakiju procijediti te ostaviti da odstoji još 2 mjeseca prije upotrebe.

RAKIJA OD METVICE
~ želučane i žučne tegobe ~


- 100g metvice
- 30g matičnjaka
- 5 zrna korijandra
- 3-5 klinčića
- 1 l rakije

Listove metvice i matičnjaka preliti rakijom, umješati korijandar i klinčiće te ostaviti na tamnom mjestu 4 tjedna. Rakiju procijediti i ostaviti da odstoji još 3 mjeseca prije upotrebe.

RAKIJA OD MATIČNJAKA
~ želučani bolovi i grčevi ~
~ neuroza srca i želuca ~


- 100g matičnjaka
- 1 limun
- 1 žličica plodova korijandra
- 4 klinčića
- malo muškatnog oraha
- 50g šećera
- 1 dl destilirane vode
- 9 dl rakije

Listove matičnjaka preliti destiliranom vodom i rakijom, umiješati koricu od limuna, šećer, korijandar, klinčiće i muškatni orah, te ostaviti 2-3 tjedna na tamnom mjestu. Rakiju procijediti i ostaviti da odstoji još 3 mjeseca prije upotrebe.

RAKIJA OD RUŽMARINA
~ slaba cirkulacija ~
~ želučane i žućne tegobe ~
~ zastoj mokraće ~


- 80g ružmarina
- 20g timijana
- 100g šećera
- 1 l rakije

Šećer rastopiti u rakiji, te rakijom preliti listove ružmarina i timijana. Nakon što odstoji 2 mjeseca na sunčanom mjestu, rakiju procijediti te ostaviti da odstoji još 2 mjeseca prije upotrebe.

RAKIJA OD LIMUNA
~ gripa i prehlada ~
~ "vitaminska rakija" ~


- 4 limuna
- 200g šećera
- 1 žlica meda
- 2dl destilirane vode
- 8 dl rakije

Limunov sok i usitnjenu koricu od limuna prelite rakijom. Umješajte šećer i med rastopljen u destiliranoj vodi. Kada odstoji 4 tjedna, rakiju procijediti.

RAKIJA OD ZAČINA
~ želučane i probavne tegobe ~
~ nedostatak apetita ~


- 6 zvjezdica anisa
- 1 žlica sjemenki anisa
- 1 žličica plodova komorača
- 1 žlica plodova korijandra
- 10 klinčića
- 1 limun
- 200g smeđeg šećera
- 2 l rakije

Šećer rastopiti u rakiji i umješati začine, te koricu i sok od limuna. Nakon što odstoji 4-6 tjedana na toplom i svjetlom mjestu, rakiju procijediti te ostaviti da odstoji još 2-3 mjeseca prije upotrebe.

RAKIJA OD BAZGE
~ prehlada, bronhitis, kašalj, gripa, ~
~ Potiče izlučivanje mokraće, rad bubrega ~


- 3 l vode
- 40 cvjetova bazge
- 3 kg šećera
- 4 vrećice limunske kiseline
- 1 limun
- 5 dl rakije

Cvjetove bazge namočimo u vodu i ostavimo stajati 24 sata. Sljedeći dan ih propasiramo. Prokuhamo 3 kg šećera i maknemo s vatre. Dodajemo limunsku kiselinu i ocijeđeni limun. Kad se sve ohladi promješamo s rakijom i stavljamo u boce.

meni lječenje rakijom uvik ovako nekako završi..
inače sam ljubitelj ljekovitih rakija ali isključivo prirodnih domačih poput viške travke ili mirte, istarske biske, prave srpske šljive i kruške, domače orahovice i sličnih.. nikako ove perkovičeve mirodijaste sokiče sa 20-30promila.. 40 je donja granica al kao što si spomenula u ljekovite svrhe je doza jedna rakijica sve više je kontraproduktivno...

Since we don't have the great rakije and its mixtures in belgium I'm forced to make my own mixtures with wodka
Not that I mind...not at all...I like it allot actually
Most are experiments and not follow from recepy so those with more "properties" will have to be tested and reported first
Here some of my latest bottles (25cl):


Left to right:
1)plain damiana, 2)dream mixture, 3)sage, 4)honey, 5)Liberty rue (shroom mixture), 6)old potka,
7)left over previous sage drink, 8)candy mixture

1)plain damiana:
15gr Damiana + sugar + sun



2)Dream mixture:
White Lotus - 5gr
Lion tail - 3gr
Damiana - 8gr
Pedicularis - 5gr
Syen rue - 2gr
Sugar - 30gr

As you see all small amounts but this is a mixture I want to try before going to bed, for dreams or falling asleep more easy.
This one is waiting in the sun for its magic.



3)sage:
Sage - 30 small leaves
Sugar - 40gr
Sun - allot

I allready made some botles of this drink....The sage is my favorite from the moment Red told me about it
Its sooo good



4)honey
Honey + wodka

Just a try out...Allready took a sip and I must say you know its honey, it has notions of honey but because of the strong wodka (40°) its another sensation.


5)Liberty rue (shroom mixture)
Liberty caps (dry) - 1gr
Syen rue (seeds) - 8gr
Sugar - 5-10gr
Wodka - 5cl

Something I will try the moment I feel ready for a trip again
I want to see if the wodka absorbs the active chems out of the shroom and if the syen rue will potentiate the experience.
A side note....syen rue can make things more toxic and should actually not be consumed with alcohol.
What do you ppl think about this?
And look at the color...it looks almost like soap or something...but I guess the blue is from the same thing that colors shooms blue when crushed.



6)old potka
Wodka with cannabis leaves and sugar kept in the dark for some weeks...nothing more nothing less

8)candy mixture

Did not really worked.
I tried to just disolve the candy in the wodka.
It did not taste really bad or anything but it does not bind together properly.
Also if you see that the wodka is turning white....its because of the chems that bind the candy together.
So anyway...candy is no go...but it gives some visual aspects though...











I will keep you updated on possible effects

Hahaha, you somewhat remind me of myself. When I discover something new I go Bazzinga! for it ( so recently I've had the mushroom phaze, the herbs phase, the herbal liquers phase... )
really like the idea for the candy vodka, and, would really like to try the dream liquer

I filtered the damiana and dream mixture today.
As you can see some plant material stayed in botle/mixture...but hey its natural
I don't think it will harm me anyway

So well although the experience was a bit "influanced" it almost felt like working to good to be true
So I will have to try it again one of coming days.

I smoked weed true the day, had a small line of speed before going to chill outside with friends where I drank some of these:

And to let some friends try the honey and damiana mixture...So I had a taste myself to.
Also smoked a bit more there to so I was not sober anymore when trying it.

So but I tried a litle taste test when I filtered them to.
And the damiana is just a litle bit to strong in taste.
I like the effects of it but with this amount its only good for taste...I love the taste and smell of it so good
Some use it to boost there love live...its said that you have to take it rather in a cure then to do that.
I have some trusted ppl who expierenced it like this
I'm not interested in these properties but if you are...Then try it
When I take 5-10gr damiana leaves as whole I get quite relaxed of it.
Its also something nice to boost your kratom with
I also added some damiana in the dream mixture...but then it works as synergy with the other herbs
Well thats the intention
So with the taste test of the dreammixture...It somehow hit me a bit right away strange enough.
Even with only 2 litle sips I got the impresion it calmed me down a bit.
It also seems like you drank 10 times as much somehow.

So but then before going to sleep I tried a bit more of the dreammixture...but as I told I was not really sober so its hard to say if it was really only the mixture working this well.
But well it hitted me quite hard even.
I took +/- 2,5 cl of the mixture what is 1/10 of the whole botle.
So in dose pretty low and in amount of wodka enough to feel but not te be drunk or anything.
But still it felt like I had drank the whole botle, I felt a lilte bit nauseau and a slight headache at first but that went away quite fast.
The effects by itself where suprisely calming.
Like putting you instantly into sleep mode...what is pretty nice if you think of it
The other effects are actually quite hard to discripe.
They are in a way close to everyday feelings of joy and impresion but at the same time more in some kind of delerium/dreamy way....warping me to feelings and impresions I did not felt in years and years.
What makes me think it actually does work
But I need more tests for that and also don't let you be missjudge...the effects where quite strong and presents but this is not like "tripping your balls of"
More a subtle and nice dream state what more do you want anyway
I have put these herbs together because I know of some that to potentiate eachother and that they are all relaxing.
But that they are doing there job so good suprises me really...its more try and error so I'm lucky this works as I hoped...
I slept well and had some nice dreams but not really something so concrete that I can tell something about it.
So and then to end this...the tast of the dreammixture is drinkabel...I disolved it in some water though to drink it.
Its like you grind up a piece of nature and then drink it...the smell, earth, leaves,...
Its a very very full taste, you have the slight bitterness of the lotus, the a bit to intense taste of lion tail...in spectrum that taste looks a bit like damiana (what was added to) the other tastes are harder to define...but if you could drink nature I think it would taste like this
